Near the very end of my period i began to feel nauseous. After my period ended and ever since i have felt nauseous everyday, have had heartburn, unusual pains, feelings and cramping in my lower stomach and pelvic area, i have been very tired and been sleeping more and the sick stomach seems to be getting worse. What could this mean?
