I 've barely even started packing! But yes I'm sure I will overpack. I've got a big duffel for clothes, small one for sheets and stuff, plus probably at least a bookbag or something.

I'll end up being the Elle Woods-minus the cute suitcase.

i always over pack when i'm staying somewhere for a while

and remember, your parents/gaurdians can always take stuff back with them.
i mean, you want to make sure they're useful. =P

packing
I've got everything laid out in piles on my floor and am planning on making a shopping trip to Wal-mart or Taget in the next hour. Definitely overpacking, but I'm with you on the I'd rather have it than not. I'm just going to bring a bunch of grocery bags so I don't have to lug a suitcase into the dorm, plus they fold up easily for our parents to take out. I thought it was a good idea, but watch them break or tear lol.

Re: packing
Laundry Baskets are good for packing...once they're empty you can use them for your laundry...and they stack inside each other....and they're pretty sturdy.:thumbup

Re: i havent...
oh I have completely accepted the fact that I will be overpacking. My parents are going to take some of my luggage back home with them once I've unpacked some things so that I don't have a ton of luggage sitting around.
